Makes it hard to move.
Underneath the tide,
Avalanche.

Then, for a time, skies are clear as the storm breaks and I see
The clouds disappear, warming sun steals their place and it shows me that
It’s a miracle to show the world the work that I’ve done
But as the snow returns I sink back to the songs that I’ve left unsung

I’m fighting for the frost to melt,
So that I can breathe again,
Frigid hands strike at the ice,
Of this frozen lake I’m in.
When will this dire winter end,
When will I see the Spring?
